How to increase chances at my school

The best advice I would give someone applying to the University of Southern California is to tell their truth. As cheesy as it sounds, I really do believe that it was not my test scores or GPA that got me into such a school, but rather the character that I was able to reveal through my supplements and essay. I chose to respond to the prompts thoughtfully and with passion. It was incredibly important to me that my sense of empathy, humor, and compassion shined through and I believe the message was well received.
