I have always loved the experience of flying around the world in airplanes. Even though I have anticipated the flight for weeks, the bulk of my packing is always saved until the last hours before the taxi arrives. I am always one of the last to leave, delayed by checking all my pockets for the umpteenth time, and having to say goodbye to my cat who is always clearly irritated by the commotion.
